Terms of Service
The rules for using AuthorityMap, what you can expect from it, and what it can't promise.

Draft for review before launch. Not legal advice; have it checked by a qualified adviser before the site goes public.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use AuthorityMap, a service operated by Galaxy Market Online (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2024/003905/07), [registered address]. By starting a scan or buying a paid option, you agree to them.
Contact: [contact email].
2. What AuthorityMap is
AuthorityMap is an automated assessment of a website's public content and structure. It produces a readiness score, gaps with evidence, quick fixes, a content plan and article outlines or drafts. No person reviews your site unless a paid option says so.
3. No guarantee of results
AuthorityMap does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, mentions or citations in AI assistants, leads, customers or revenue. Search engines and AI assistants use their own systems, which change over time. Our reports are recommendations; what you publish and how it performs are outside our control.
4. Reports, drafts and your responsibility
Reports and drafts are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Check facts, prices, claims and anything specific to your business before you publish. You are responsible for what you publish.
Once you have paid for a report or draft, you may use, edit and publish it for your business. We may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the service.
5. Acceptable use
- Scan only publicly available websites.
- Don't try to bypass scan limits, overload websites or our service, or reach private or internal systems through it.
- Don't use reports to mislead, harass or spam anyone. If you contact businesses about their report, follow the anti-spam laws that apply to you.
6. Payments
Prices are shown in US dollars and payments are processed by PayPal. The Full Authority Map is a single payment for one report. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel.
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and isn't charged again.
7. Refunds
If a paid report fails to generate, or is missing what the offer describes, tell us within 14 days of purchase. We'll fix it or refund you in full.
Because reports are delivered immediately as digital content, we don't otherwise refund a completed report. Your rights under consumer law are not affected.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep AuthorityMap available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change features, plans or prices; changes to paid plans will be announced in advance and won't affect a period you've already paid for.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or rankings. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Nothing in them removes rights you have under the consumer laws of your own country.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Questions: [contact email]. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
